PERSONAL TRAINING
From foundation to advanced skills this hands-on direct personal training / coaching will build knowledge that lasts a lifetime. There are two options - 3 or 6 week programs, customised to your personal needs.
Included:
* Each session runs for 45 min once per week - (additional to the regular sport and training times).
* Coaches will work directly with you personally.
* Small groups of 2-5 people / group (max) are optimal.
Coaches:
Archie & Fred Eather (both with nationally recognised elite skill-sets in Boulder)
Available Times:
Youth - Tues 4:45pm and Wed 3:45pm. Adults - by direct appointment (one-on-one is optional with adults).
Q & A:
* Commences Tuesday 6 May
* Holiday periods are unavailable. Program sessions must be used in the current T4 sport season timeframe (ie. term / 10 week period)
