The rep pathways we're referring to here are for our local sport played in the T4 team-based formats.  It's worth mentioning that the two seperate formats of the T4 Boulder League have different player capacity requirements that need to be considered.

The T4 is a team sport.  Team sports require players to work together so individual performance is not the only factor considered during selection. The T4 PREMIER format has demonstrated time and again that a solid team will tend to outperform a team of individuals.

Vilimaa Cup events:

The current player's Local GPA is the core requirement for player selection into the player pool for these events.  The GPA simply provides evidence of capacity. However, once in this player pool, the coaches for each team will have the choice of player selection from this point on.  This is never an easy choice and this is common to all team sports.

Central North A Grade:

Coaches for each team have full discretion for player selection.  The GPA is not a mandatory requirement.  Coaches will often use the player GPA as evidence of capacity but given the dynamic nature of this format, demonstrated skills and capacity in strength, power and coordination are often important - as well as team-player attributes.

Exceptions:

Youth divisions (especially Primary) may have some exceptions in the name of inclusion.

The Individual representative pathway:

There is an individual representative pathway for those inclined.  However, we have adopted the T4 Boulder League teams-based sport formats so we have no affiliation with these pathways and are totally focused on our community.
